Murphy Properties Ohio, a trade name of CTM Organization LLC ("we," "us"), is a licensed Ohio real estate brokerage. This policy explains what we collect on murphypropertiesohio.com and through our forms, calls, texts, and emails, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Property preferences you give us: counties, property types, price range, funding, and closing timeline.
• Property information you give us when asking about selling: addresses, occupancy, timeline, and notes.
• Activity on our site and emails: pages visited, links clicked, and emails opened, collected through standard analytics and email tracking.
• Communications with us: emails, texts, call recordings where permitted by law, and voicemails.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or government identification numbers through this site.

How we use it

• To send you the offering memorandum, listing information, or consultation you asked for.
• To send you future listings that match the preferences you gave us, if you opted in.
• To send text messages about offer deadlines and listings, only if you checked an SMS consent box.
• To respond to your inquiries and manage our relationship with you.
• To comply with Ohio real estate licensing recordkeeping requirements.

Text messages

We send text messages only to people who have given prior express written consent by checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms, or who text us first. Message frequency varies. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that run our website, email, texting, and customer database on our behalf, under contracts that restrict their use of the data to our services; with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to a real estate transaction, when you are a party to that transaction and the information is needed to close it; and with government agencies or courts when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls on our systems, encryption of data in transit on this site, and vendor contracts that require our service providers to protect the data they process for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from listing announcements. We may still send you transactional messages about a transaction you are part of.

Retention

We keep contact and preference information while you remain on our lists and for as long as Ohio real estate law requires us to retain transaction records, currently three years after closing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email, reply STOP to texts, or contact us to correct or delete your information at [email protected] or the address below.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
